Here, we will explain how to use Zoom's recording function to deliver class videos on demand. Roughly speaking, it can be easily delivered by the following three steps.
Before the explanation, there are two points to note.
1. Cloud capacity is 700GB for the entire university (about 0.5GB per teacher). If you save it in the cloud for a long time, it will take up space, so please delete the video that has finished its role from the cloud immediately.
2. Videos recorded in the cloud will be deleted automatically in 20 days.

(3) Finally, we will explain the setting of "Cloud recording".
If you need to consider the privacy of students when conducting class videos on Zoom, please refer to the following and make appropriate settings.
Recommended settings
In the cloud recording settings, uncheck "Display participants' names in the recording".
As a result, the name of the speaker (teacher + student who spoke) will not be recorded.
If you do not want to record the speaker at all
Uncheck "Record active speaker with shared screen".
Check "Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately" and uncheck "Active speaker" and "Gallery view".
With the above settings, a shared screen will be created during "screen sharing", and an audio-only (full screen is black) video will be created when there is no "screen sharing". This setting is recommended when you want to avoid the student's appearance on the recording screen. Also, the amount of recording data will be considerably smaller.
